Austin Edwards and NCRM have been leaders in Stormwater consultation services throughout Northern and Central California since 2007. NCRM is honing its focus by teaming up.
Chris Shay has provided professional stormwater installations and site services within the Sacramento area for over 15 years. In an effort to better serve our clients, NCRM has asked Chris to start Emerald Site Services. Emerald will provide site stormwater installations, site maintenance and construction services throughout Northern and Central California.
